Rock Silva
Chef Rock Silva created East Alder Table out of a deep respect for craft and a belief that gathering around a table still matters.
He has spent years in kitchens where standards were high and family meal meant something. Those environments shaped the way he cooks and leads. Technique matters. Integrity matters. Taking care of the people around you matters.
For Rock, food has always been the engine of the room. It sets the tone. It carries the conversation. It turns a dinner into something people remember. His cooking is rooted in simplicity done right, guided by intention, generosity, and a respect for the ingredients.
East Alder Table exists to put that philosophy into practice. The food is bold, thoughtful, and meant to be shared. It is built to create energy around the table, not just plates on it.
At its core, Rock wants to build something lasting and challenge what gathering around a dinner table has become. A space that feels alive, generous, and rooted in hospitality.
This is only the beginning.
