Join us in the Workshop for a seated, interactive cooking experience gathered around the stove. Landing right between our hands on classes and Chef’s Counter, this one is relaxed, social and up close, with plenty of natural conversation, questions and engagement throughout the evening.
As everyone arrives, grab a welcome pour and graze from our table filled with charcuterie, cheeses and a few small bites built around the season. Once everyone is in, we’ll settle in around the stove and get cooking.
From your seat, you’ll watch as we break down, season, roll and tie a proper porchetta, talking through the process and techniques along the way. There will be plenty to eat and drink while we cook, followed by dinner together and hot apple fritters straight from the fryer to finish the night.
