How Chef-Prepared Meal Ordering Works

1. A New Menu Every Friday
Each Friday, we release a fresh menu of chef-prepared meals and small-batch items for the following weekend.

2. Order by Wednesday at 9 PM
All orders for pickup must be placed by Wednesday at 9 PM. This ensures everything is made fresh, by hand, and in small batches.

3. Select Your Pick-Up Day and Time
Pick up your order during Market Days from our cold case.

4. Guaranteed Availability
Pre-ordering guarantees you’ll get exactly what you want.

5. Simple Ordering
Our online form collects everything we need — your name, contact information, and preferred pickup day.

Unless otherwise noted, our chef-prepared meals serve 1-2.

If you are unavailable at the time of pickup, we will make two attempts to contact you. If we do not receive a response, the order will be considered a no show and we will be unable to offer a refund, replacement, or reschedule.

If you miss the pre-order window, walk-ins are welcome during Market Days. Just note: our cold case selection is limited and available first-come, first-served.
