Jay Entrikin
Chef Jay began his food service industry career in 1989 in the greater Seattle area. After graduating from Western Culinary Institute he had the opportunity to train under a Master French Chef and a James Beard Award winning chef where he was able to hone his skills. During the 1990's Chef Jay worked in a number of upscale restaurants throughout Seattle and Portland. He has been with WWCC since 2004, first as a Culinary Arts Instructor and now as the Director of Culinary Arts.
