Pickling cucumbers are one of the first signs that summer has officially arrived, and we’re celebrating them the best way we know how…around the table.

In this hands on workshop, you’ll learn a simple refrigerator pickling technique that you can recreate all season long. Together we’ll make two different styles of pickles to take home, then head back into the kitchen to explore what else these crisp little cucumbers can do by preparing homemade tzatziki and a traditional Greek salad.

We’ll finish the evening gathered around the table for a Mediterranean-inspired meal featuring charred chicken, lemon herb rice, warm pita, and all the dishes we’ve prepared together.

This isn’t a canning class. It’s a celebration of one of summer’s most overlooked ingredients and a chance to slow down, cook together, and enjoy it at its absolute best.

Classic Garlic Dill Refrigerator Pickles

Lemon, Fennel & Coriander Refrigerator Pickles

Hung Yogurt Tzatziki

Traditional Greek Salad

We’ll gather around the table for:

Charred Chicken

Lemon Herb Rice

Warm Pita

Fresh Herbs, Olive Oil & Feta
