Supper Club: Cinco De Mayo
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a chef-driven, multi-course experience built for sharing, bold flavor, and an elevated take on a festive tradition.
The evening begins with a vibrant table spread of house-made chips, pico de gallo, salsa verde, cabbage salsa, and a creamy street-corn inspired dip—fresh, bright, and built for passing around.
Next come passed bites with a street-food feel, including citrus-chili shrimp mini tostadas with lime crema and crunchy cabbage salsa, along with mini taquitos filled with shredded beef and beans, served taco-shop style.
From there, we shift into a family-style feast with warm tortillas, fresh lime, herbs, and pickled vegetables, alongside a lineup of bold proteins: guajillo-braised beef cheeks, crispy pork belly with roasted poblano, and citrus-roasted chicken skewers.
Seasonal sides round out the table with a Mexican-inspired Caesar salad, charro beans, and charred spring onions and sweet peppers, bringing smoke, freshness, and depth to every plate.
Expect bright, smoky, citrus-forward flavors layered with herbs and spice, designed for mixing, matching, and building your perfect bite.
