If you’ve pre-ordered a meal kit, it will be packed and ready for take-home the moment you arrive.

The Cold Case
Stocked fresh each weekend with a rotating selection of meal kits, beverages, and occasional limited-run items available on a first-come basis. Whatever you see is what’s available — and when something sells out, it’s gone for the week.

Pantry & Kitchen Essentials
A small, curated collection of ingredients, tools, and cookbooks we love and use ourselves. Everything is thoughtful, intentional, and meant to bring a bit of EAT into your own kitchen.

While Classes Are Running

During Market Days, some afternoon classes may be in session. Guests are welcome to browse the cold case, pantry, and small lounge area, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of those participating in the class.

A Space with a Little Spark

Every Market Day has its own rhythm. Most weekends are simple and relaxed — pick up, browse, say hello. But now and then, you might catch something spontaneous happening in the kitchen or around the lounge. We like to keep a bit of buzz and discovery in the air.
