Join us at our Chef's Counter for an intimate demonstration workshop exploring the techniques and traditions behind some of the world's most celebrated raw seafood preparations. From crudos and ceviches to poke, light cures, and tataki, Chef Rock will prepare each dish in real time while sharing the techniques, ingredients, and thoughtful approach behind every preparation.
Throughout the evening, we'll discuss seafood selection, sourcing, food safety, knife work, curing, seasoning, and the subtle details that allow exceptional fish to shine. Each course will be served as it's prepared, creating an experience that is equal parts live cooking demonstration, guided tasting, and culinary workshop.
Whether you're curious about preparing raw seafood at home or simply appreciate beautifully prepared fish, this Chef's Counter experience offers a closer look at one of the most elegant and rewarding styles of cooking.
