Each guest will assemble their own Eggplant Parm with layers of sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan before finishing it until golden and bubbling.
Along the way, we'll discuss salting eggplant, proper breading techniques, pan frying, building a balanced tomato sauce, and the small details that transform a handful of humble ingredients into a timeless classic.
We'll round out the evening with a seasonal salad, warm bread, and a simple dessert before gathering around the table to enjoy dinner together.
