Join us for a night with Josh McDaniels, CEO and Director of Winemaking at Bledsoe Wine Estates, exploring wines from Bledsoe McDaniels, Doubleback, and Bledsoe Family Winery.
Josh’s approach begins in the vineyard, with wines shaped by the soils, elevations, and growing conditions of each estate. From Oregon Pinot Noir to Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon, the focus is on expressing those differences with elegance, character, and a willingness to explore.
We’ll welcome you with a glass of sparkling and time to mingle before settling in around the table. Each wine will be paired with a board of seasonal flavors chosen to complement it, allowing us to explore in real time what happens as we taste different ingredients alongside the wine.
We’ll then take those same flavor ideas and transform them into a composed dish, giving us another chance to taste, discuss, and enjoy each pour. Along the way, Josh will share the stories and decisions behind the wines, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and follow wherever the conversation leads.
