Together, you'll meet local growers, explore the market, and discover what is at its seasonal peak. Chef Rock will share what he looks for when selecting ingredients, why certain products stand out, and how the best meals often begin with simply paying attention to what's available that morning.
After shopping, we'll head back to East Alder Table's Workshop, where Chef Rock will transform the morning's market finds into a seasonal meal prepared live. Along the way, he'll explain his techniques, decision making, and the inspiration behind each dish while guests relax, ask questions, and enjoy the experience.
There is no preset menu. Every Saturday is different because every market is different. The season decides what we'll cook.

Meeting Location
We'll meet at the Walla Walla Farmers Market at 10:00 AM before walking together to East Alder Table's Workshop, approximately a 10 minute walk. If you'd rather not walk, you're welcome to drive and meet us there.
