This edition of Pour Decisions brings together Cayuse, SJR Delmas, Cimento, and Force Majeure, producers shaping the identity of The Rocks District and redefining Rhône and Bordeaux varietals in Washington.
From the cobbled soils of the Rocks to high elevation sites across the Walla Walla Valley, these wines are known for depth, structure, and unmistakable character, savory, mineral driven, and expressive of place. Power with restraint. Texture with precision.
Throughout the evening, we’ll be pouring both current releases and select library wines, each chosen because it belongs with this menu. Some show youthful drive and structure, others bring the depth and character that only time can build. These wines are an experience in their own right.
Across the evening, we move through waves of food built to meet that intensity, smoke, char, olive oil, herbs, slow roasted richness, and warmth. Rather than a traditional coursed dinner, each wave is served simultaneously, inviting guests to explore how different textures and flavors unlock different sides of each wine.
Good wine. Good food. Pour Decisions.
