Class: Oysters Every Way (4/11)
Sharpen your oyster skills in this lively, hands-on class where the sea takes center stage. You’ll learn to shuck oysters safely and confidently, taste and compare four distinct raw varieties, and explore what makes each one unique in flavor, texture, and salinity.
From there, you’ll transform oysters into iconic classics, preparing Oysters Rockefeller with garlicky greens and golden breadcrumbs, along with crisp cornmeal fried oyster sliders finished with lemon aioli and crunchy iceberg.
There will be plenty of oysters to shuck, taste, and enjoy throughout the evening, so come ready to slurp. We’ll also have a selection of special bubbles available by the glass and bottle, ready to order alongside the experience.
While you cook, our team will round out the table with a curated spread of seafood sides designed to complement your creations, creating a full oyster focused feast.
Beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event.
