In this course for cooks looking to improve their technique, Missy Fingers, founder of Super Sharp knife sharpening, will teach the fundamentals of knife skills: safety, mechanics, maintenance, and classic cuts. You’ll make chicken pozole rojo, charred jalapeno pico de gallo, spicy potato and wilted greens tacos, while learning techniques that you can apply to any type of cooking. Please bring your favorite chef’s knife from home for this hands-on class.
