Spring Kickoff weekend in Walla Walla feels like the right moment to begin.
This first edition of Pour Decisions centers on three Corliss wines including an unreleased Syrah alongside Estate 50 50 Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, poured in a guided progression built around depth, structure, and intention.
These are layered, powerful wines with polish and presence. Across three waves of food, we explore how savory richness, char, smoke, herbs, and texture shift the experience, how tannins soften, fruit opens, and the wine becomes more expressive with each bite.
Rather than a traditional wine dinner, each wave features multiple composed dishes served simultaneously, inviting guests to move between plate and glass, discovering their own preferred pairings along the way.
