How Meal Kit Ordering Works

Our first meal kit ordering window will be open on March 27th at 8 AM.

1. A New Menu Every Friday at 8 AM
Each Friday at 8 AM, we release a fresh menu of chef-crafted meal kits and small-batch items for the following weekend.

2. Order by Wednesday at 9 PM
All orders for Friday–Sunday pickup must be placed by Wednesday at 9 PM. This ensures everything is made fresh, by hand, and in small batches.

3. Pickup Friday–Sunday | 10 AM–3 PM
Pick up your order during Market Days from our cold case.

4. Guaranteed Availability
Pre-ordering guarantees you’ll get exactly what you want.

5. Simple Ordering
Our online form collects everything we need — your name, contact information, and preferred pickup day (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

Unless otherwise noted, our meal kits serve 1-2.

If you miss the pre-order window, walk-ins are welcome during Market Days. Just note: our cold case selection is limited and available first-come, first-served.
